Dagmara Dominiczak
Hi, I’m Dagmara Dominiczak, a stage-image coach. Before I started doing makeup and training other athletes, I stood on stage too. For seven years I competed in two federations and three categories: Bikini, Bodyfitness and Wellness.
I know the stage from within
I know exactly how it feels just before stepping on stage: Is my shape good enough? Does my look work? Does the makeup really bring out my features?
For many seasons I relied on other makeup artists, woke up in the middle of the night before competitions and worried whether I would like the result. At the same time, I wasn’t sure I could create the right stage look by myself.
Confidence built through practice
Competing abroad made the cost and logistics even harder, so I decided to learn. I trained, practised techniques and colour combinations, and built the confidence to do my own makeup on competition day.
A polished stage image gave me confidence and helped me win. My proudest achievements include three consecutive IFBB Wellness World Championship titles and the Overall title at Arnold Classic Europe.
Experience I share with you
I have worked with competitors since 2020 and completed more than 400 makeups. I have taught since 2022, learning from leading international stage-makeup artists and respected Polish specialists.
